There are not many players, who can claim they have been running with Novaffl, for about one year. Introducing, Silent-Killer, Wolverine, or plain old Joe. Originally when I first started playing with this guy in Pentagon City, he was one of the few big guys who could get open frequently in the right corner of the end zone. I recall one game when we had an evite of about 4 persons and a 6 on 6 gridiron challenge--this dude has like 5 touchdowns in a row. What's funny, is that when we were at Pentagon City, Madcap had to play the sheep herder shepherding random players running around playing soccer, ultimate gay Frisbee, or hoops, to eventually get a game going.
Silent-Killer never needed any prompting, and it was actually his ability to run and catch the ball that made him more deadly than his brute strength. Joe doesn't talk much, show up to league meetings or communicate vociferously at any time. He prefers his actions to speak. Hence, the name Silent-Killer.
Weekly, I seem to face Joe, on the line as he is forced to play a Lineman, either that or he reluctantly agrees to the position. And I hate to say it, but he also is one of the few lineman who can neutralize the mastiff's charge. Either way, we share a common quest to put our linemen places behind us and best the receivers in novaffl in the near future. Grimaces of frustration approach our countenances weekly as we both know, we should be schooling the young receivers in the fields instead of playing the Billy-goat of head-butting we know as lineman wars. Ladies and gentleman, the Silent Killer a Nova 1 year vet, and a "No-namer" Battler.

thats my TE!!!
Wolverine! I remember that game where he had 5 TD in a row. He wanted to leave, said he was tired, but I egged him on an he decided to stay for a bit more. What came next was an offensive explosion as he started catching and scoring TDs left & right. Defense even said, "we got to watch this guy" and stuck 2 on him. The very next play, he scored again. Awesome game Wolv.
That is game #2 for him, Joe also did this in Pentagon City, back in March 2006 when it was cold as Antartica.
